Breakaway Training Offers 3 Group Workouts a week:

- Tuesdays at 5:45pm Cycling Turbo Class (with a brick run after) at Hi-Tech Bikes
- Thursday at 6pm Running - Track Workout at La Jolla High School Track
- Sundays: 8:30am brick workouts (contact us for details)
